We all know that we have to do certain things to stay healthy, but we also know that this is not easy to do and apply to our daily lives. We all are too busy and in a hurry to take the time to eat well and pay attention to what we eat.
Most of the time we do not take the time for a good breakfast and lunch is not much different.
Than end of the day we are too tired to cook or do not feel like going to a grocery store and buy food and go home and cook it.
There are ways to change this and we all know that we have to change our daily routine and eating habits to stay healthy and live a longer life. I read that probably the current generation will be the first one in a long time that will live not as long as their parents. This is a scary thought to me. Are we killing our kids with our bad eating habits?
If you have kids you want to best for them and that means in this case that you have to change what and how you eat and in particular feed your kids and maybe grandchildren.
